Back in January, I had the pleasure of working with the brilliant choir Voce in Hartford CT, testing out a few ideas ahead of recording a new album with them next year.

And I was treated to a very special gift during rehearsals – hearing my piece Heart of Mary for the very first time.  Even though it was written in 2011, it’s the first time I’ve ever heard it live.  The words are by my brother Andrew, taken from one of his annual Christmas poems.  I wrote the piece as a present for him and, given that today is the Feast of The Immaculate Heart of Mary I thought I’d share it with you all.
