The Great War Symphony is a new choral symphony written by Patrick to mark the end of the First World War centenary commemorations.

Performances  of the new work in two different U.S. locations are planned as part of Joint U.S. Premieres on 11th November 2018 – the exact centenary of the Armistice:

  • Carnegie Hall, New York, with a massed choir of singers from around the world , under the baton of Patrick himself.  This concert is being organised in conjunction with Distinguished Concerts International New York (DCINY) and if you are a choir interested in performing this Premiere email Patrick’s manager at andyberry@hawesmusic.com for more information, or complete the online application formon the DCINY website.

 

  • Northrop Memorial Auditorium, University of Minnesota with the Oratorio Society of Minnesota, guest orchestra and soloists, under Conductor Matthew Mehaffey.
