Fair Albion: Visions of England is my latest release and speaks of my love for my country and its heritage. It is more diverse than my previous album Song of Songs, and I have been joined by a whole array of talented artists. In particular, I am thrilled that Julian Lloyd Webber appears on two of the tracks, and Elin Manahan Thomas brings her usual touch of class to her interpretation of two of my songs.
The Royal Harpist Claire Jones accompanies both Julian and Elin, and also plays How Hill - the piece I wrote for her earlier this year to perform on location in Norfolk . There are also contributions from Christian Forshaw and The Sanctuary Ensemble, The Raven Quartet and the baritone David Stout. My sincere thanks goes to them all.
